Between-Session Access
Direct text/voice support for urgent strategic questions.
M–F | 9am–5pm PT | 24-hour response

The $1,500 founding rate covers the complete 6-month program (12 sessions). Available to the first 5 principals starting in January 2026. In exchange: honest feedback and a testimonial if the program delivers.

After 5 spots fill, rates increase to $2,500–$3,500.

How It Works

2. Strategic Fit Call (20 minutes)
We discuss your goals, challenges, politics, and whether strategic coaching is right. I turn down clients who aren't ready. This only works when we're aligned.

3. Session 1
We build the partnership and apply the S-ORDER framework to a live issue. You walk away with clarity you can use tomorrow.

4. Sessions 2–12
We systematically rebuild how you think and lead. You develop strategic capacity, systems leadership, and the ability to lead without burning yourself out.
