12-week leadership development cohort for district teams (6-8 principals) moving from reactive firefighting to strategic leadership.

Weekly Group Strategy Sessions:

• 12 weekly 90-minute structured sessions (Zoom)

• 3 private 1:1 coaching calls per principal (30 min each)

• Months 1, 2, and 3
